$95/mo. general maintenance care contract that provides up to four (4) hours of general server maintenance, updates and fixes so you don't have to worry about maintaining your server.
This includes weekly cleaning up of your server and making local backups. And reviewing your server performance monthly for bottlenecks and problems, and making necessary updates to the operating system and trading platforms.
Emergency trading server and platform care for when you need fixing your server or software right away.
This is a server care service for $75/hour for issues not related to monitoring/failover/recovery services, reboots or hardware replacement. For complex problems, you may need to purchase multiple hours of server care credit.
Advanced trading server and platform configurations for clients who have specific and complex monitoring needs.
