Sometimes your server was busy or the internet connection was temporarily unavailable.
If you cannot login for over 10 minutes, then try to login to your server from another computer or from another location.
You can also try to ping your server from a third party service such as: http://www.selfseo.com/ping_test.php
If you still continue to have problems, then please contact us and we will try to ping, and with your permission, login to the server from our data center locations.
